We love a good survival thriller, and flying into cinemas on Friday, 29 May is Deep Water.
The Dark Knight’s Aaron Eckart and Oscar-winning acting legend Ben Kingsley play pilots in this tale of a trans‑Pacific passenger flight that erupts into chaos after a catastrophic fire, leading to an emergency landing in the ocean. Still reeling from the disaster, the survivors must contend with a new threat: what lurks beneath the water’s surface.
If you’re not sold yet, behind the camera is director Renny Harlin, whose filmography includes the likes of Die Hard 2, Cliffhanger and, probably most importantly, Deep Blue Sea.
